A surface full of natural character with contrasting colour variations; resin pockets and dead knots are allowed; knotholes and seasoning shakes are allowed – they are a valued feature and if necessary professionally filled. The thermo-treatment combined with the application of dark oils gives the floor a contrasting look of brown and dark colour shades. Please note: The thermo-treatment changes the surface hardness of Mountain Larch. This effect will be reduced with the special 3-dimensional brushing of the planks.
